Playlists can be used group songs into various arbitrary categories, or to define the song order for a concert. A song can belong to any number of playlists so you could organize your songs as follows:
- Christmas songs
- Silent Night
- Joy to the World
- Handel's Messiah - Overture
- Handel's Messiah - For Unto Us A Child Is Born
- Handel's Messiah - Hallelujah!
- Classical music
- Mendelssohn's Elijah - Air - If with all your hearts
- Mendelssohn's Elijah - Trio - Lift thine eyes
- Handel's Messiah - Overture
- Handel's Messiah - For Unto Us A Child Is Born
- Handel's Messiah - Hallelujah!
- 2006 Christmas concert
- Joy to the World
- Handel's Messiah - Hallelujah!
- Silent Night

PlayLists have the extension .playlist.xml
on disk and they store the full
path to the song files making up the playlist.
